Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

BACK ORDERS

On occasion, demand exceeds our expectations. We strive to maintain accurate expected dates on our website for all back ordered product. Naturally, your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped and all back ordered items ship at no additional charge.

RETURNS 

We want you to love what you ordered. If our product does not meet your expectations, simply give us a call at #212-244-5858 or email us at shop@chelseybyjoseph.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be sent to: Chelsey Imports, 7 West 36th Street, Suite #502, New York, NY 10018. All returns must include the Return Authorization Number provided.

To receive a refund, items must be unworn, in new condition with tags attached, in the original packaging and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, items received after this period cannot be accepted for a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Returns may take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. We will notify you via email once your return is processed and a refund has been issued. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your account, this time varies depending on your financial institution.

Gift cards are deemed non-refundable items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if there is an issue with your return.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@chelseybyjoseph.com and send your item to: Chelsey Imports, 7 West 36th Street, Suite #502, New York, NY 10018.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping your Returns
To return, mail your product to: Chelsey Imports, 7 West 36th Street, Suite #502,  New York, NY  10018.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $100, we suggest you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
